As a certified personal & group fitness trainer from the American Council on Exercise, as well as a Nutrition and Wellness certification from the American Fitness Professional and Associates organization, I have an overall insatiable passion for helping people achieve “their impossible.” There is no greater satisfaction in life than knowing you are self-made and have overcome adversity and set aside fear and self doubt and attained what you sought out to.  The very next best feeling, is the one that comes from knowing you helped someone achieve exactly that.

Over the years I have found my calling to be more towards helping women whom have struggled to gain / maintain a healthy weight and are looking to add muscle to their bodies to and build more feminine curves while enhancing their confidence.  Living in a foreign developing country has allowed me understand how limited the information is surrounding this topic. Only 3% of people who are searching for health and fitness related information are searching for weight gain, and of that 3% more than 90% are men.  This is the void I seek to fill.

Developing and instructing people in all things related to health and wellness is what I love to do, I believe that through the development of fitness in oneself, you develop more self confidence, become more energetic, live happier, fuller lives and these traits are contagious to those around you. I am 100% confident that you will get the results you want and you have my personal guarantee, I will not settle for mediocrity in your pursuit of your personal fitness goals!

The Coaching Process

Fitness coaching can help you to meet the goals that you have for your fitness journey and healthy lifestyle habit pursuit, when you take the time to develop a solid relationship with the coaching professional. It is the coach’s objective to motivate you and hold you accountable for achieving your goals. From an outside standpoint, a fitness coach may be able to see areas of concern that you are not able to discern. In that sense, the process raises your awareness of a different way to handle your fitness goals.

My Coaching Philosophy

My personal philosophy is that i seek to empower my clients. It is my goal and hope that after a few months you will have the tools and foundation to continue your fitness journey without the need to pay for my coaching service or any others. I believe wholeheartedly in the ancient proverb, “Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.” I LOVE the feeling that comes from seeing others transform and get motivated and hungry for more and no longer looking for a meal but able to catch, clean and cook their own food, not just for themselves but also able to teach others the same principles, and help spread the knowledge, passion and excitement.  Your job will be to grow your fitness knowledge alongside your physique.
