Personal Training –  30 day training

1 in-person sessions with your personal trainer at the studio (facitilty of your choice) which will include your initial fitness assessment and body fat and composition assessment, a mid point follow up session for Q&A will be conducted through the training app and via online communication methods. All the rest of your workouts are programmed into your own training app. Pick up your workouts on your iPhone/iPad or other smart device.  You will have 3-7 training days scheduled per week, depending on your fitness goals, schedule and availability, illustrating proper form and execution of each exercise.  All training days will be approximately 45 mins – 60 mins. With your initial assessment you will also receive calorie intake requirements and macro nutrient ratios specific to your goal. As well as general nutrition advice to help you create sustainable changes. (Package  includes 1 total in person sessions – additional sessions may be purchased..*inquire for details)

3 in-person sessions (in total) with your personal trainer at the studio (facility of your choice).  The midpoint sessions (approx day 30) and the end of program session (approx day 60) will be composed of body fat and composition assessments as well as a Q&A. All the rest of your workouts are programmed into your own training app. Pick up your workouts on your iPhone/iPad or other smart device.  You will have 3-7 training days scheduled per week, depending on your fitness goals, schedule and availability, illustrating proper form and execution of each exercise.  All training days will be approximately 45 mins – 60 mins. 5 in-person sessions (in total) with your personal trainer at the studio (facility of your choice).  The midpoint sessions (approx day 30, 45, 60 and 90) will be composed of body fat and composition assessments as well as a Q&A. All the rest of your workouts are programmed into your own training app. Pick up your workouts on your iPhone/iPad or other smart device.  You will have 3-7 training days scheduled per week, depending on your fitness goals, schedule and availability, illustrating proper form and execution of each exercise.  All training days will be approximately 45 mins – 60 mins. Group training course – 60 Days

This is a group style class that will have all the benefits of our online training program and application coupled with in person assessments and group HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes.  The HIIT classes will be included in the price and will have a fixed time and date, if you are unable to attend these thats not a problem you can still do the scheduled workout on your own. The basic premise will be as follows:

6 – 7 Training days scheduled per week, that will be delivered and availabe on your personal smart device, in which you will be able to train at a time and place convienent for you (and or your friends as well)

1 Initial bodyfat and body composition assessment taken at the start of the challenge, all participants will have their height,weight,bodyfat (conducted via 7 point skin fold assessement) and body composition site circumfrence measured.  This data will be used to determine unbiased changes made throughout the duration of the program

2 Group style HIIT classes that will be scheduled in advanced and are optional to attend but highly encouraged.

1 additional bodyfat and body composition assessment at the end of the challenge.
